New Requirements for Family Members of EEA National Settlement After Brexit:
You are the mother who has Limited Leave To Remain in the UK as a spouse of EU National and want to bring your children from Non-EU Countries, the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
You have proved relationship requirements, such as marriage certificate as a closed family member of EU National,
You prove relationship with your dependant children such as Birth certificates, or Family Registration Certificate,
You have proved Dependency, Such as emotional dependency, financial dependency and physical care dependency, such as money sending receipts, same house holding tenancy agreement before leaving your home, and proof of contact with your children or decision making elements,
You prove financial dependency and same householding if applied as a family member,
You prove enough income of EEA Spouse to accommodate and maintain to their family members, without recourse to public funds. Such as wages slips, bank statements for the last 6 months, and letter from employer,
You prove suitable Accommodation such as tenancy agreement, accommodation report, and passport copy,
Documents Required FOR APPLICANT 1. Passports, 2. National Id cards, 3. Parents details such as full name D.O.B and place of births, 4. Children and family details (if they have their immediate family), 5. Birth certificate or Marriage certificate to prove their relationship with their sponsor, 6. If the applicant has been divorced or widowed provide, divorce certificate or death certificate, 7. Any bank statement where they have been receiving money from the sponsor, or to show their income and expenses, 8. Any property or saving details where they have come from or if they are living in family house, 9. Any previous refusal, or visa stamps pages on their passport.
NON EEA NATIONAL SPOUSE Sponsor with Limited Leave To Remain in the UK 1. Passport Copy, 2. Biometric Visa Copy, 3. Work related documents and National Insurance Number, 4. Any bill on their name that they are living with the EEA national and marriage certificate, Or Divorce certificate if applicable, 5. Birth certificate, FRC (Family Registration Certificate), or proof of relationship with the children, 6. Payslips recent for 6 months, showing £18,600 gross annual income, 7. Bank statement for 6 months, showing the salary coming into the account, 8. Letter from Employer confirming their employment on their letter head, 9. National ID card showing the proof of address.
