Carer Visa
- What is carer visa? Carer visa is when British Citizen (BC) cannot look after themselves and they need you to look after them, including cooking food for them, giving them medicine and if they are children taking them to school. You as a family member has the right to apply to come and join them and accompany them if they are living with you. There are certain grounds for such application such as if they (BC) they may not be receiving enough treatment outside the UK, it may be that not enough social support available to them, and it may be that there is not suitable requirements for them to live in there. If they are children, school education may be too expensive, or it may be not enough educational standards for them without paying expensive tuition fee that you can afford to pay in your circumstances. In these circumstances you can apply under the carer route and come with BC to the UK to look after them in the UK.
