Solicitors Regulatory Authority discriminates Muslim Female Solicitors and make false reports without proper legal grounds or without considering if there was a real misconduct involved. The SRA has recruited incompetent, racist, and negligent staff to victimise their female solicitors. When the SRA shut down my first Law Firm, I was in hospital and giving birth to my child . The SRA did not give me fair chance to respond to their vague, false and irrelevant allegations when there was no shortage of clients funds in client account and the transfer from client account to the office account was made in due course of business.
The SRA should treat female solicitors equally and pregnant female solicitors with dignity . There have been five consultant working in my absence and the SRA lied that I had abandoned my law firm whilst I was on maternity leave for three weeks.
The allegations that the firm bought some Christmas gifts from office money is completely irrelevant allegation and the firm had all the authority to do so.
The SRA attacked my firm and my property in the most vulnerable times and have been discriminated on the basis of pregnancy, without fair trial or hearing in this matter .
I want the SRA to apologise for their misconduct, restore my conditions on license and provide me the full authority to operate my business fully. I also want them to remove the fine in ny name which was imposed unfairly and disproportionately without providing me the fair trial rights and because of the misleading statements of their own panelled solicitors and staff members.
