Barrister Shazia Anjum, Discrimination

Bar Council of England hates Female Muslim Barristers and therefore disbarred me without evidence , without application and without giving me any fair trial rights under Article 6 of the Human Rights. Bar Standard Board and its staff members were jealous of my publicity on social media and disbarred me without any reason or justification.

I want to set aside the one sided unlawful order but the Judges did not give me an option to set it aside . this is a serious injustice and discrimination towards Muslim Female Barrister.

I was called to the Bar on 2012 and had all the equal rights to call myself a Barrister equal to male Barristers. Many of our male Barristers call themselves a Barrister but they have never been disbarred.

This is unlawful action by Bar Standard Board and this order should be set aside immediately and a right of fair trial should be given to me to clear myself as I have done nothing wrong. Ministry of Justice should take notice of this unlawful discrimination towards Muslim Female Barrister. Previously I have been targeted by Solicitor Regulatory Authority and now I have been victimised by Bar Standard Board and Bar council on hate crime towards Muslim Female Barrister Shazia Anjum.
