List Of Documents for SETTLEMENT AS PARENTS OF BRITISH CHILD when they live with you outside the UK

 

Relationship Requirements Documents

1. Passport for the applicant and their Birth Certificate,
2. Applicant’s parents CNIC copies for their details,
3. The sponsors’ NI number if any,
4. Tenancy agreement, Passport copy and Consent letter, if accommodation belongs to third party,
5. Marriage Certificate,
6. Children’s Birth Certificates,
7. Children Passport copies,
8. Universal credit letter from ~DWP, if applicable, and
9. The applicant’s bank statement with some cash savings.

 

Dependency of children upon you requirements

10. Proof of care, whether personal (physical care) such as cooking for child, taking him outside, giving shower to them, feeding them, picking up and dropping off to school; taking the child to GP or other Health check up,
11. Financial arrangements and sharing responsibility with other parents such as proof of bank transfer or receipts of shopping for the child, clothing or groceries receipts,
12. Photos together with children,
13. Any recommendation letter from Social services or MP that you are the carer or Joint carer of your children,
14. Child dependency upon you any emotional dependency or photos that child can not live without you, or letter from school that you pick up and drop off the child,

Proof Of Care Documents

15. Shared arrangement agreement with your partner if you are sharing responsibilities with her/him, or
16. Signed affidavit that you are responsible for childcare or financial support,
17. CNIC cards for the applicant and the sponsor child if applying from outside the UK,
18. Proof of care that the applicant is taking care, such as sponsor’s affidavit, doctor’s letter, Or Lawyer’s letters.
19. Proof of same house holdings, such as the landlord’s letter that they have been living together or any correspondence showing the same proof of address.
