Divorce Process in Simple Steps Syestem

Sometime couple decide to separate and to enter into divorce matter.  In this painful situation sometime they can not afford to pay solicitors for their divorce process as it is too expensive for them.

Here is the process to apply for divorce, documents and grounds:

 

  1. Download the right form to complete in the form of “D8” and completeit;
  2. Write statement in support on the format of the legal system;
  3. Enclose Original Marriage Certificate and in English Language Translation, and the Court Fee,
  4. Completed the form “D8A”, for the children arrangement,  If you have children involved then 
  5. Court Will send your petition and Form D10 to the respondent (Your ex Spouse);
  6. Your spouse will return that form D10 by acknowledging the petition within 8 days, if they do not want to defend or put another application;
  7. After this you should apply for further directions on Form D 84 and complete affidavit on D 80 and send it to the Court;
  8. Judge will decide and grant you a decree nisi on the Form “D84 A” and with the children arrangements on Form D84 B;
  9. You will receive your decree nisi on form D29 and further directions as to when you can apply for your final decree;
  10. After 6 weeks of your decree nisi, you will be able to apply for your decree absolute on Form D 36 and send it to the Court.
  11. You will receive your final decree from the Court on Form “D37” and now your process is completed.
